Our culture of expertise

At Heli-One being expert isn’t just something we say. It’s something we expect of each other, every day. Our culture of expertise is something we are proud of and it’s our way of attracting and retaining the right people. At Heli-One we bring together the best people in their fields to deliver a service with knowledge at its center.

Heli-One has a wide and varied training program aimed at encouraging our culture of expertise.

For our technical training needs, we use CAE, an international training organization, as well as OEMs like Eurocopter and Bell.

For our Regulatory and Safety training requirements we use a combination of external and internal training methods.

Externally, we work with renowned companies (such as System Safety for Human Factors training) to ensure the utmost in safety training for our employees.

Internally we utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) combined with a Qualifications Management System (QMS) to deliver regulatory and safety training.

By combining these organizations and methods we ensure that our team’s technical and other skills remain sharp and that we keep ahead of the competition, even in the most sophisticated and challenging areas of our work.
