All candidates are stored in a resume bank in which hiring managers have access to. If you are not suitable for one position but are suitable for another, it makes it easier to process your application. Our system also allows us to track the status of your application.

Heli-one is interested in finding the most suitable candidate for the position. This means we will leave the posting up until we are confident we have selected the best candidate.

All applicants are assessed by the job qualifications listed on the job posting. Only those candidates who meet the qualifications are eligible for any further consideration. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not automatically mean that you will be short-listed, as all candidates are assessed on a competitive basis.
